Aircraft History Built by Nakajima during January 1943. Uncoded serial number 106. Delivered to the Japanese Army Air Force (JAAF) as as Type 1 Fighter Hayabusa / Ki-43-II Oscar manufacture number 5106. Wartime History Assigned to an unknown Sentai (Flying Regiment) in New Guinea. This Oscar was abandoned near Alexishafen Airfield near the Biges River. Wreckage Until the late 1990s, this Oscar remained in situ.
