B. Type of Airplane
(a) Type 1 F OSXCAR mk. 2.
2. General Airframe Characteristics.
(a) The shape and structure of this wing appears normal to OSCAR Mk. 1 with the execption of the wing tips. The wing tips are believed to be clipped and very slightly rounded.
(b) Due to the right wing tip being torn off, correct measurement was impossible. As close as could be obtained, the wing span was approximately 34' 6". The engine had broken in half at the blower section, the impeller remaining on the fuselage portion, consequently, the exact length was impossible to obtain. The length is beleived, however, to be the same as the OSCAR Mk. 1 with a difference to be taken into account because of the larger engine.
(c) No change in flaps, slots or diving brakes.
