Built by Nakajima during August 1943. Uncodedd serial number 807. Assigned to the Japanese Army Air Force (JAAF) as Army Type 1 Fighter / Ki-43-II Oscar. Assigned to the 63rd Sentai, 3rd Chutai.

Wartime History
On January 24, 1944 parked at Momote Airfield and destroyed on the ground by a B-25 low leve bombing raid.

This aircraft, 5807 is incorrectly referred to as 5907 in one instance but since the change in fuel tanks occurred (officially, at least) from the late 5800-series 5807 is most probably correct.
