Aircraft History Built by Stinson. Delivered to the U.S. Army Air Force (USAAF) as L-5 Sentinel serial number 42-99129. Disassembled and shipped overseas to Australia and reassembled. Wartime History On May 30, 1944 loaned to the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) but never assigned a serial number. Assigned to No. 36 Squadron and No. 37 Squadron. On February 1, 1945 returned to the U.S. Army Air Force (USAAF) at Townsville. Ultimate fate unknown, likely scrapped or otherwise disappeared.
