On the left nose gun cowling was the nickname "Jandina IV" with the nose art nose art of a Buddha figure wearing a black robe red trim and shoes with both hands raised upward. Below the cockpit is "Maj. Jay T. Robbins" and his scoreboard with twenty-one Japanese rising sun flags (4x4x4x4x4x1) his aerial victory claims as of August 17, 1944. A twenty-second Japanese rising sun flag representing his last aerial victory on November 14, 1944. Below the scoreboard was "-Crew- SSgt H.P. Mosback". The left engine cowling is marked with "Ina" and "Louise".
