Two .50 caliber machine shell casing with intact unfired primer recovered from the crash site of P-38L "Eileen-Ann" 44-24845
The upper white arrow points to stamped "DM" from Des Moines Ordnance Plant in Ankeny, Iowa. The lower white arrow points to stamp "4" of manufacture year, likely "44" for 1944.
