Assigned to the 11th Air Force. No known nickname or nose art. During 1944 operated from Cold Bay Airfield. Ultimate fate unknown, likely scrapped or otherwise disappeared.

"The back of it has handwritten "Lt. Dwight Loeb, Operations Officer, Cold Bay Alaska 1944"
