Aircraft History
Built by Vultee Aircraft Corporation. Constructors Number 628. Delivered to the U.S. Army Air Force (USAAF) as P-66 Vanguard serial number 42-6959. Disassembled and shipped overseas to Karachi and reassembled at Karachi Airfield. This plane was photographed in a flight line with U.S. markings before delivery to the Republic of China Air Force (ROCAF) for use in China. Ultimate fate unknown likely scrapped or otherwise disappeared.
