Built by Consolidated Aircraft Corporation at San Diego. Delivered to the U.S. Army Air Force (USAAF) as B-24D-15-CO serial number 41-24049. Assigned to the U.S. Navy (USN) as PB4Y-1 Liberator bureau number 31946. Assigned to VB-108 and later VB-122. No known nickname or nose art. On August 8, 1945 stricken from charge. Ultimate fate unknown, likely scrapped or otherwise disappeared.
