PB4Y-1 "Bonnie Bee" 31998 crew pose at Carney Field (Bomber 2) on Guadalcanal
The left side of the nose has the nickname "Bonnie Bee" in block letters and "98" the last two digits of bureau number 31998. Both bomb bay doors are open. Below the top turret on the left side of the fuselage is "Fanny" in block letters. The bomber is parked atop Marston Matting / Pierced Steel Planking (PSP).
(Standing left to right) ?, ?, ?, ?, ? and ? each holding a belt of .50 caliber machine gun bullets.
