Assigned to Bombing Squadron 115 (VB-115). No known squadron number, nickname or nose art.

Mission History
On May 5, 1944 took off from Nissan Airfield (Green Island) a combat mission. Over the target, hit by enemy gunfire and landed without brakes at at Nissan Airfield (Green Island) and sustained minor damage. Afterwards, repaired and returned to service.

Fate
Ultimate fate unknown, likely scrapped.
