TBD-1 Devastator 0298 left side sunk into Jaluit Lagoon
Visible is the left side including the left wing, left side of the fuselage with a coral growth atop the engine and both cockpit canopies open from when the crew exited the plane. The large forward antena mast remains upright on the nose. Beyond is the right wing. The engine broke off during the ditching.
