| Location Lat 30° 29' 0" N Long 103° 30' 0" E Kung Lai Airfield was located in China. Today located in the People's Republic of China. Wartime American spelling "Kunglai". Also spelled "Chunglai". Construction Runway was 6,000' long, elevation 6,000' oriented north to south. Base operations were on the western side of the runway, along with most of the aircraft revetments.
