MONDAY, 21 SEPTEMBER 1953 KPAF: MiG-15bis 2015357 Nose 2057 piloted by Lt. No Kum-sok (No Kum So) defects across the 38th parallel to land at Kimpo Air Base (K-14). His intact aircraft was disassembled and flown to Okinawa then the United States for technical evaluation. No Kum-sok was debriefed and granted political asylum in the United States.
