Background
Based on the Oerlikon 20mm cannon, which the Japanese had bought the licence to build. This weapon was introduced in 1938 and was a common Japanese Army anti-aircraft gun. First used at Nomonhan and until the end of the war. Capabile of being emplaced in roughly three minutes.
