Location Lat 47° 12' 20N Long 123° 37' 31E Fulaerhchi (Fularji, Hong'an) is located is located in the northeast of Manchuria in China. To the east is Tsitairhar. Between March 1, 1932–September 2, 1945 part of Manchukuo. Today, located in Heilongjiang Province (Heilungkiang) in the People's Republic of China (PRC). Wartime History On July 16, 1939 at 3:00am a Soviet aircraft dropped eight bombs on the Fulaerhchi railroad bridge with neglibible damage inflicted, but psycological effects were great.
