Location Ulu Island is part of the Duke of York Island Group (Duke of York Islands). Also known as Mauke Island or Pig Island. To the northeast is Duke of York Island and to the east is Utuan Island (Utan). To the southeast is Kabakon Island and Kerawara Island. Today located in East New Britain Province in Papua New Guinea (PNG).
