Location
Lat 10° 27' 50S Long 123° 22' 25E  Rote Island to the southwest off TImor Island. Also known as Rote or Rotedale. Prewar and during World War II part of the Netherlands East Indies (NEI). Today located in East Nusa Tenggara (Nusa Tenggara Timur) in Indonesia.
