RAAF Survey of Aircraft Wreckage

The RAAF Survey of Aircraft Wreckage are documents that list aircraft wrecks surveyed by the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Searcher Teams during World War II and the late 1940s by RAAF Searcher Teams plus aircraft that remained listed as missing. Afterwards, the list was updated with additional entries into the 1960s found later. The list includes the following: number (1-754) plus later unnumbered entries, Lat/Long in degrees and decimal minutes, aircraft (branch, type, serial number) and notes. The below is a transcription of this document with links added to aircraft and locations on Pacific Wrecks. Corrections of typographic errors or incorrect information are noted in brackets.
