NEWS UPDATE - LETTER FROM SOLOMONS PRIME MINISTER
"I can assure you, that the name “Henderson” will be retained."A recommendation from a consulting firm has gone to the Prime Minister of the Solomon Islands presenting the idea of a name change Henderson Field in May, 2003. The Prime Minister does not seem in favor of such a change.
