Pieces of aircraft left in a dump and the bush on Los Negros Island. In subsequent visits, these pieces have disappeared, either from scrapping or people trying to buy them. It seems like nearly every house has a gun or helmet from the Americans that have been dug up or found. There is a story of a jeep dug up about 10 years ago, that still runs today on Manus!
