Location
Located at Valencia Circle, Rizal Park in Manila. Built during the American colonial period as the Department of Finance Building. Also known as simply Finance Building.

Wartime History
Heavily damaged by the US Army artillery during the Battle of Manila during February 1945.

Today
Rebuilt postwar and became the National Museum of the Philippines during 1978. Also known as the Museum of the Filipino People. The National Musuem collection includes artifacts, art and historical treasures.
