The Melbourne Airport Museum opened in July 2007. Also known as simply the "Airport Museum", open to the public when the terminal is open. The museum is located inside the terminal at Melbourne Airport (Orlando Melbourne International Airport), this museum documents World War II history of NAS Melbourne (Melbourne Airport, Orlando Melbourne International Airport).

The museum includes photographs, artifacts, models and other historical information. Many photographs are from US Naval Air Station Melbourne, Florida Fighter Pilot Training Base Word War II by William R. Barnett. Artifacts on display include the first stage from a Vanguard rocket. The walls have fine art paintings of historic aircraft and aviation scenes.
