Royal Navy Ensign flag attached to the shipwreck of HMS Exeter in honor of her crew and those that perished
The flag appears to be flying in the sea currents that sweep over the shipwreck as a batfish (Platax teira) swims past the flag
with SCUBA divers illuminating the flag for the photograph.
