Sinking History
An SBD Dauntless from USS Bunker Hill CV-17 hit this vessel with a 1,600 lbs armor piercing bomb, damaging it. Eight other planes finished off the ship which exploded in a huge blast, before sinking into Truk Lagoon.

Shipwreck
Broken into two sections. The hull and deck were blow apart by an explosion and debris is all over the bottom. The bow is about 50' away and also mangled.
