Two masted schooner ? Tons |
Ship History Prewar operated in New Guinea as a trading vessel. Wartime History During late March 1942, this ship was expected at Buna. During early May 1942, this ship was ordered to Buna to pick up the crew of B-26 Marauder 40-1418. But, it is unclear if this ship was dispatched there or not. Instead, The Olvira picked up this crew instead. References Some sources spell the ship as "Elevada" Frederick C.
