View from the deck of PT-132 "Little Lulu" across Morobe
PT Boat Base of PT-68 and PT-??? (80' Elco)
Grant Bowers adds: "This photo was
taken from the bow of PT 132 nicknamed "Little Lulu." My Dad was Motor Machinist Mate aboard PT-132, and the 50 cal gun you see was his battle station. I also have info from another book that indicates across the river is PT-68, one of Squadron 8's 77-footers, and ahead of PT-68 is another Elco 80-footer (which may be PT-114 or PT-128).
