(Upper left) Estimated point of impact forward fire room B-1-1 and Forward Engine Room B-2.
(Center left) Main Deck - Starboard side blown out and holed. Seam opened in main deck.
(Lower left) First Platform - Estimated point of torpedo impact. Large hole reported in starboard shell plating.
(Center right) Section at frame 90 looking foward - Estimated W.L. [Water Line] immediately after dmaged (15° list to starboard). Port side plating and deck edge demolished. Sheer strake 3/4" S.T.S. Equipment in forward fire room demolished and probably blown to starboard side. Large hole blown in starboard side mend had difficulty in launching gig.
