Ship History
Built by Ballard Marine Railway Comany, Inc. in Seattle. Laid down November 20, 1942 as YMS-1 Class Auxiliary Motor Minesweeper. Launched February 23, 1943 as YMS-329. Completed July 3, 1943 and delivered to the U.S. Navy (USN).

Wartime History
YMS-329 operated in the Pacific performing mine sweeping. On April 28, 1945 damaged by a sea mine at roughly Lat 3 14' N Long 117 42' E off Tarakan on Tarakan Island off Borneo.

Postwar
On May 27, 1946 photographed in Subic Bay. On June 19, 1946 struck from the Navy Register.

Fate
On February 6, 1948 destroyed.
