Tank History
Delivered to the Imperial Japanese Army (IJA) as Type 95 Ha Go Light Tank.

Wartime History
Assigned to the 14th Army, 2nd Tank Division, 7th Tank Regiment "Shigemi Detachment" on Luzon.

Mission History
On January 17, 1945 one of five Type 95 Ha Go tanks that arrived at San Manuel. Between January 19, 1945 to January 28, 1945 this tank participated in the Japanese Army "Shigemi Detachment" defense of San Manuel. Possibly, this tank was part of the mobile reserve held in the town of San Manuel. During the battle, fought against the U.S. Army 25th Infantry Division (25th ID), 161st Infantry Regiment (161st IR), plus M4 Sherman tanks from the 716th Tank Battalion.

Wreckage
This tank was disabled or abandoned at the end of the battle near houses in the town of San Manuel. It is unclear if was recovered or abandoned in the town. Ultimate fate unknown likely scrapped or otherwise disappeared.
