Built by Isuzu. Assigned to the Japanese Army. Transported to New Guinea and operated in the Madang area.

Wreckage
Abandoned in the Bil Bil area. According to Bil Bil villagers, this truck operated until the 1960s and was used by the villagers to transport them to Madang Town. Sometime afterwards, the truck broke down and was abandoned in the center of the village.
