Roan" 40-173 right wheel at 3 Mile Drome (Kila) near Port Moresby
The wheel hub appears to have artwork, possibly a top hat surrounded by playing cards. Next to the wheel is a toolbox and a wheel chuck is at the front of the tire. The person at the left is SSgt William M. Sherman of Hague, NY.
