No known nickname Mission History On December 25, 1943 took off on 1st Lt. Albert B. Marx on a mission. Damaged with two crew injured, this B-25 ditched into Saint Georges Channel off Cape Saint George on the southeastern tip of New Ireland. 1st Lt. Albert B. Marx (survived) 2nd Lt. Joseph R.
