Aircraft History
Built by Boeing as B-29A-55-BN model Superfortress and assigned USAAF serial 44-61999. Later coverted to F-13 photo reconnaissance standards, then to an RB-29A model.

Nicknamed "Over Exposed" while taking part in photographing the atomic tests at Bikini Atoll in 1946.

Mission History
Crashed at Higher Shelf Stones in England while flying from RAF Scampton to RAF Burtwood on November 3, 1948. All thirteen on board were killed.

Today
Wreckage of the aircraft, including a number of engines, can still be found at the site.
