Aircraft History Built by Nakajima. At the factory, painted with green upper surfaces and gray lower surfaces. Delivered to the Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN) as B6N2 Jill manufacture number unknown. Wartime History Assigned to 701 Kokutai (701 Air Group). Tail 01-35 in white. This Jill operated from Clark Field. By January 1945, abandoned at Clark Field. Wreckage During late January 1945 captured by the U.S. Army at Clark Field. Transfered to Technical Air Intelligence Unit (TAIU) for technical evaluation. Over several months, repair to airworthy status for flight testing. Ultimate fate unknown, likely scrapped or otherwise disappeared.
