Wartime History
Assigned to the 901 Kōkūtai (901 Air Group) at Naha Airfield on Okinawa. Tail code KEA-395.

Wartime History
On April 1, 1945 captured by U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) at Naha Airfield.

Wreckage
This aircraft was heavily photographed and many pieces were taken as souvenirs by American personnel. Ultimate fate unknown, likely scrapped or otherwise disappeared.
