Wartime History
Assigned to an unknown Sentai. No known markings or tail code.

Mission History
This Sally crashed in the jungle near the border between Thailand and Myanmar (Burma).

Wreckage
Parts of the wings, both engines and landing gear was recovered by Dr. Viryasiri, curator of Thailand Railway Hall of Fame and placed on display. Other parts, including the tail were salvaged by locals.
