Aircraft History
Built by Mitsubishi at the Oe-machi plant during early March 1943. At the factory, painted overall gray. Delivered to the Japanese Army Air Force (JAAF) as Type 100 Command Reconnaissance Aircraft Shinshitei / Ki-46-II Dinah manufacture number 2375.

Wartime History
Assigned to an unknown unit in New Guinea. This Dinah was abandoned at Alexishafen Airfield.

Wreckage
Until 1974, this Dinah remained in situ in small stream bed at Alexishafen Airfield. During 1974, partially disassembled by Charles Darby for a Dinah restoration project but never salvaged. Sometime later, the wreckage was scrapped.
