Australian Army soldiers with Ki-48 Lily 1258 abandoned at Nubia Airfield near Hansa Bay
The two Australians are (1) Major Ralph Weppner, QX40879 from 25th Infantry Battalion standing in the cockpit and (2) Private Morgan seated on the fuselage. Note, the AWM caption states this wreck was abandoned on Awar Airfield.
