Aircraft Histroy Built by Kawasaki. True serial number 398. Delivered to the JAAF (JAAF) as Type 99 Light Bomber Kyu Kyu Sohkei / Ki-48 Lily manufacture number 1398. Wartime History Assigned to an unknown Sentai. This Lily crashed upside down in a swamp area on Cape Wom west of Wewak. Wreckage During 2004, this Lily was located by John Douglas and Gabriel Wintawa. The manufacture number stencil was visible on wreckage. Inside the bomb bay was a single 60kg aerial bomb.
