Aircraft History Built by Kawasaki. True serial number 482. Delivered to the Japanese Army Air Force (JAAF) as Kawasaki Type 99 Light Bomber Kyu Kyu Sohkei / Ki-48 (Lily) manufacture number 1482. Wartime History Assigned to an unknown Hiko Sentai (Flying Regiment) in New Guinea. No known markings or tail number. During late 1943 or early 1944 abandoned at Alexishafen Airfield. Wartime History This Lily remained in situ at Alexishafen Airfield. During the 1970s the manufacture number 1482 was noted by Charles Darby.
