Aircraft History
Built by Kawasaki. True serial number 214. Delivered to the Japanese Army Air Force (JAAF) as Type 99 Light Bomber manufacture number 2214 (Ki-48-II Lily) . Assigned to an unknown Sentai operating in New Guinea.

Wartime History
While parked at Dagua Airfield, damaged by a parafrag bombs that damaged the wing and nose. Afterwards, abandoned by the Japanese.

Wreckage
During late March 1945, captured by the Australian Army during the occupation of Dagua Airfield (But East). The wing section was damaged by a parafrag bomb and the nose section was missing. The manufacture number 2214 was noted. Ultimate fate unknown, likely scrapped sometime afterwards.
