Built by Kawasaki. Assigned to the Japanese Army Air Force (JAAF) to an unknown Sentai. No known markings.

Wartime History
Damaged on the ground at Babo Airfield and abandoned.

Wreckage
This aircraft remained in situ until at least 1976. Wreckage included the left wing, engine and propeller. The skin on the nose was rippled, indicating concusion damage from a nearby bomb blast while parked on the ground. The right side of the aircraft was damaged or missing. Ultimate fate unknown.
