The N1K2 is painted with green upper surfaces and gray lower surfaces with Hinomaru markings. The corrosion on the fuselage remains visible and none of the fabric control surfaces have been repaired. References Genda's Blade: 343 Kōkūtai - Japan's Squadron of Aces (2003) mentions this loss After The Battle Issue 28 by T.
