PV-1 Ventura NZ4521 tail with 4521 parked atop marston matting at Henderson Field on Guadalcanal
On the upper tail is stenciled "NAVY PV-1" with the bureau number. Below is 4521 the serial number without the leading NZ and below the fin flash.
