PV-1 Ventura NZ4521 upper side of right wing parked in a revetment at Henderson Field on Guadalcanal
On the upper wing is the RNZAF roundel painted atop the U.S. Star insignia. On the leading edge of the wing are slots. At the lower left are the barrels of the top turret. .50 caliber machine guns.
