Assigned to an unknown squadron in the U.S. Navy (USN) or U.S. Marine Corps (USMC). No known nickname or nose art.

Wartime History
This Ventura ditched onto shallow water on the West Reef off Kwajalein.

Wreckage
In 1967, discovered in 2' to 20' of water. The turrets twin .50 cal guns were been removed. This wreck remained relatively undisturbed.
