Built by Noorduyn. Constructors Number 703. On November 20, 1944 delivered to the U.S. Army Air Force (USAAF) as UC-64A Norseman serial number 44-70438.

Wartime History
On January 4, 1945 shipped to Karachi and assigned to the 10th Air Force (10th AF) in China Burma India (CBI).

This plane was sold as surplus to Mistri Airways Ltd. that later became Indian Overseas Airlines Ltd. On March 11, 1946 registered in India as VT-AZQ. During 1948 the registration was cancelled. Likely this plane was written off, scrapped or otherwise disappeared.

"Delivered to the USAAF as aircraft No. 44-70438 on November 20, 1944. Flown to Newark, New Jersey, arriving December 1. Sent to New York on January 2, 2022 [sic 1945] and was shipped to Karachi, India on January 4. Sold as surplus to Mistri Airways Ltd., (Later Indian Overseas Airlines Ltd.) Bombay, India and registered as VT-AZQ on March 11, 1946. Registration cancelled in 1948. Assumed written off."
