Aircraft History Built by Noorduyn. Constructors Number 703. On November 20, 1944 delivered to the U.S. Army Air Force (USAAF) as UC-64A Norseman serial number 44-70438. Wartime History On January 4, 1945 shipped to Karachi and assigned to the 10th Air Force (10th AF) in China Burma India (CBI). Postwar This plane was sold as surplus to Mistri Airways Ltd. that later became Indian Overseas Airlines Ltd. On March 11, 1946 registered in India as VT-AZQ. During 1948 the registration was cancelled. Likely this plane was written off, scrapped or otherwise disappeared.
