Aircraft History
Built by Curtiss during 1937. Constructors number 12660. Delivered to the U.S. Army Air Corps (USAAC) as YP-37 serial number 38-481. During October 1940 sent to Ladd Army Airfield with YP-37 38-477 for cold weather testing and evaluation.

Mission History
On April 8, 1941 ground looped at Ladd Army Airfield and was damaged. Afterwards, became a ground school training aid. Ultimate fate unknown likely scrapped or otherwise disappeared.
