Location
Lat 11° 33' 0" N Long 104° 55' 0" E  Phnom Penh Seaplane Base was located on the Mekong River at Phnom Penh in Cambodia.

Wartime History
During the Pacific War, used by the Japanese as a seaplane base and operating area. During September 1945, the remaining E13A Jake seaplanes were surrendered to the French.

Postwar
Until the late 1940s, the French Armee de l'Air (French Air Force) used captured Japanese aircraft including several E13A Jakes.
